These days, it seems like every company is killing a model in its line-up. The latest victim of this widespread policy is the Mitsubishi Raider pickup truck that will be discontinued in mid-2010. The Raider, which is nothing more than a rebadged Dodge Dakota, has been on sale in the U.S. since 2005. This year, Mitsubishi saw the Raider's sales plummet 64.5 percent to a mere 2,935 units from 2007. And why not just put the Raider out of its misery right now, you may ask? Well, unfortunately for Mitsubishi, the contract with Chrysler which supplies the pickup truck, ends in 2010.
